Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
All made to order and custom made items will ship within about 1-2 months, time estimated depending on the item(s) production processes. You will receive another notification when your order is completed and has shipped.

The average shipping cost depends on the products weight, and size. Shipping cost and estimated arrival times increase for larger scale visual art purchases, as weight and fragility will depend upon the materials of purchased art work. Return & Exchange Policy
All purchases are final sale. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, however we may offer to remake item(s) in replacement.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nochunksnogoop@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a return shipping label to send the item back to us for repairs.
We address these on a case-by-case basis and will always try our best to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
